During Rawlings time the NDC considered Ketu South as their main world Bank. During that period, the NDC would get about 60, 000 and NPP would get about 400 votes. Though it’s not politically prudent to tell those people that their votes is not needed by the NPP, however the NPP
and Bawumia will sweep the 2024 elections even if the party get only 10 votes in that Constituency. So as far I know their votes can’t be factored into the NPP’s winning strategy.
