It's just like calling on the government to ban smoking of marijuana; it's already illegal to smoke. Similarly, pragya has not been legalized but we patronize them! Look at traders selling on the streets. Look at alien beggars on the streets of our major cities. We all know street begging is illegal in Ghana, yet the same citizens calling on the president or government to enforce our laws give alms to them supporting their illegalitie. How do these alien beggars survive without government support. Look at the rickety commercial vehicles on our roads, the MTTD, DVLA, National Road Safety officials see the and as irresponsible citizens patronize them.
