SALL struggled or years, fought for years to leave Kete Krachi because when you go to Kete Krachi for administrative reason, you are sent to Accra. Now their will has been reversed. They go to Dambai and back to Accra. No road networks to Dambai. What has happened to the concept of self-determination?
