How can an app fight financial mismanagement and corruption? You and I know that this is a smokescreen. The powers that be will sabotage the functionality of this so-called heavenly app. What happened to the app that was developed to help calculate import duties on cars? Wasn't that sabotaged? The only way to curb corruption and financial mismanagement is through extreme punitive measures like lengthy jail sentences without parole, even execution by firing squad if need be or other very EXTREME punishments like freezing of I'll acquired assets etc., to serve as a deterrent. We are not logical people. We are lawless and reckless. WE are divided along political and tribal lines. If we were sensible and logical beings, we wouldn't be doing galamsey and polluting our rivers and desecrating our forests. Dr. Amin, come again. This is not the time for any pampering and academic postulations or theories. WE NEED HARSHER LAWS and enforcement of rules and regulations. PERIOD.
