My calling is to end the practice of political appointments and free almost all poor nations from slavery with the use of that partially deceptive concept of democracy called "political appointment". If we have a genuine a genuine democracy, then every top government must be elected by votes to serve under the president's supervision where they can also nominate their running mates, deputies, assistance and or next in command as the president does by choosing his running mate as the vice president.

Ghana cannot continue to fail, Africa cannot continue to fail, and poor nations cannot continue to fail just by copying a concept known as political appointment which is used in enslaving citizens via that partially deceptive democracy. In reality, political appointment is a never a genuine democracy because such appointed leaders were not selected by the votes, choice or the will of citizens or stakeholders of entities that these appointees are leading but rather are imposed on the stakeholders by someone, mostly the president. How can the president appoint hundreds and thousands of people and be conversant with the performance of each of these appointees. Is the president Einstein or a computer to know how good these people can be? Political is a deception and it is the real roots of failure in most poor nations.

Political appointments are used by corrupt politicians for their; corruption, bribery, thefts, conspiracies, slavery, abuses, deception, lies and atrocities that are often shielded or covered up by the presidents by making no one responsible, because when the truth gets to light, the president would quickly reshuffle or dismiss the appointee to go free from their crimes committed against the entire nation. In China, they may kill the corrupt appointee and that is why China is developing, because they do not play and they are not jokers who deceive themselves.

Most African nations like Ghana tend to copy blindly from some advanced nations and enslave themselves of their citizens by ignorance. It is too much of foolishness to see that the people claim to have independence but are still enslaved in disguised to the worst extent because they leaders cannot implement any original ideas for progress such as ending political appointments and passing a law to have all top public officials elected by votes for competitive performance instead of being appointed to steal and engage in corruption, bribery and conspiracies of selfish interest that often lead to failure despite 32 years of democracy in Ghana. It is like almost all Ghanaians (Over 90%) are very foolish or stupid and cannot understand anything good.

As a lawyer, Martin Kpebu should have known better because it's constitutional provision to at least appoint 50% of ministers from Parliament. He knows where to initiate this change.

I totally agree with Lawyer Martin on this one. Not only should MP's not appointed as minister, they should also not be appointed to boards of state institutions. This will enable them to do their oversight work properly.
