  The amount of oil that can be drill does not depend on population seize. it depends on the amount of crude oil in the ground.

  at the rate of 750 barrels a month, you will exhaust 2.2 billion barrels In just 3 months.
  
  the middle east countries have large oil reserves even Nigeria produces 1.5 million barrels a day.
