Tell this to the EC and those providing leadership for state institutions. And this can be better done with advisory notes to them. The rest of Ghanaians are already aware of this.

I can testify by evidence that Most African leaders (Over 90%) are either not intelligent or wicked or selfish and abusive against their followers (citizens), because I keep repeating these socio-economic realities, but I see that no one talks about them or takes them seriously but still complain and want power. It is like we have bogus Presidents, MPs, Ministers, Public Directors, Public CEOs and heads of public institutions who cannot solve problems. It makes me question myself, if God cursed Africans with no proper leaders or what?

It is like most Blacks talks but do not mean it and it common among Africans with Ghana being one of the worst with these attributes of failure by lack of real integrity that we see among white people. If it was their leadership of integrity to solve problems, some of us and those corrupt leaders of Africa would not be willing to visit abroad or stay there. We want good things, but we don't want to create good things because we are mostly irresponsible, selfish or destructive.

How can such institutions be transparent when the leaders are politically appointed instead of being elected by votes from stakeholders of such institutions to choose the best leaders of competence with discipline and integrity to perform? Political Appointments is the root of almost all the nonsenses in Ghana, including the; societal, failure, corruption, bribery, incompetence, scandals, poverty, slavery, struggles, hardship and the worst. Until political appointments are replaced with real voting, Ghana, Africa and most poor nations will continue to remain poor and enslaved by the developed and advanced nations.

Democracy can't thrive when the government is engaging in corruption, looting of Ghana government assets and being bed with galamsey criminals. Nor can democracy thrive when the government acts hypocritically knowing that its own agencies lack transparency. The media and the public righty now have a hard time getting information from government agencies. Only a few Members of Parliament are able to access information from these government agencies, and that clearly is not how transparent agencies operate.
