  We are not in a military rule, use the police instead and send the military to the galamsay site that is where they are using guns but not traders who are doing their business

  The military should offer training and avoid going to the boarder . The military was at the boarder before and we saw the consequeces . I was in the service at the time and therefore a living witness. CDS please save the imag ...

  Your post is just on point. What the state is supposed to look at is building a strategic operational plan between GRA-Customs and Ghana Immigration Service, 2ndly they need to reflect on building a structure like either USA (Customs and Border Protection) or that of UK/Australia (Border Force by decoupling IRS & SSD from Customs). The Current administrative structure is the problem. It should have been either carved live that of Ghana Armed forces (Commissioner General position like CDS, and the other 3 commissioners as chief of Customs staff, chief of Support Service Staff and Chief of Domestic Staff. The current structure by law/administration policy had made all the 3 Divisional service chiefs as "articulator trailors"and the Commissioner General" articulator head". Cabinet needs to review the GRA Law.
