This is the difference between NDC and NPP. While NDC is noted for discipline, NPP is noted for impunity. The DCE was suspended for saying 'are you my co-equal'. Another was sacked for declaring an intent to make 1 million dollars before leaving politics. On the contrary, the corruption as high as Babel tower in NPP has been condoned by the clearing agent and the mother serpent.
