2. GMA DOES NOT give license doctors/dentists to practice in Ghana. The only body that recognise and license doctors/dentist to practice medicine in Ghana is the MEDICAL AND DENTAL COUNCIL. It is possible to have a medical degreee and still not be eligible to legally practice medicine "as a profession" in Ghana if you are not recognised and licensed by the medical and dental council.
