Not every problem can be solved with strikes. Sometimes we have to sacrifice and use Common Sense. If this has happened in the Western World, many of those on strike would have had their positions taken over by the time they decide to end the strike. Strikes are not common in the Western World. They use Common Sense to solve issues.

By the way, why is it that when it comes to Ex-gratia, politicians who have worked for just four years don't want to sacrifice but you expect the poor worker who has worked for over thirty years to sacrifice.
