I have a job and can buy fuel to run my small generator under Mahama dumsor but cant say same today. If light are off organizations cant buy fuel hence the staff leave office before time as they cant work without light which went off without a reason and don't know the time time it will come.
They would have budget for it if they know they wouldn't be having at this specific day and time. Is a shame
