  The make up ingredients of the competency needed to be in Government is very different from those required to be a successful business person, and the case is very bad in this part of the world whereby partisan politics is done on a sectarian basis, whiles in business one has to appeal to all potential customers irrespective of colorization. Madam Abena is only pushing a political agenda because of the appointing authority which has a very short term cycle, which is very unsuitable for the business community who look at things on a long term basis, hence the irreconcilability of Government policy and Business best interest
  Finally local business consulting companies, running the books for local SME must pitch the notion of Equity in return for the Collective funds approach to business proprietors. The Gh. view of loans is not sustainable for business growth and development
