2) Where do they get their Gold from to export to Dubai

3) Why do some MPs have these licences and they don't even have a mining concession

PMMC over sees the assay of all Gold exports. Do they care to know which concessions the gold has been minted from before certifying it for export?

By law every concession is supposed to send a report of what has been minted. Do does the Mineral Commission have such report?

This the responsible government body ensuring that it's mined in the proper way from the concession
