  Thr court has no authority to remand or jail any protestor. Where were the lawyers, judges, and the police when over years NPP government pretended to be curbing galamsey yet its members were hidden gurus sponsoring the mess and destroying water bodies. These protestors never killed anyone on the streets even though there was disagreement between them and the police. But this never calls for arrest and jail. This tactics of jailing protestors is to deter others from taking the government on. This is bad fir democracy. The court gas no moral authority jailing any Ghanaian protestors because the court system itself is filthy, not trustworthy, unreliable, but needs overhauling. Do people need to protest before the government does what is expected of him? No! The president of Ghana rather must resign for failing his duties and oath. He promised to protect the land and its members but what do we see; he is a do little and talk plenty" president. He must be jailed mot the protestors. The president Nana Akufo Addo must resign for failing his oath of office.

  They call that democracy and under the ruse of democracy the citizens of Macau, Hong Kong and Shanghai we keep under gunpoint and forced to buy and sniff opium by Britain, US, Holland and their NATO allies even after the Chinese Communist Party came to power in 1945.
  Those NATO members released the people of those Chinese regions under gunpoint and opium sniffing a few years ago.
  However the people of Taiwan are still under gunpoint and are being feed with opium.
  Karl Marx call those wars waged by Britain, Holland and U.S. to subjugate the people of China to buy and sniff opium at gunpoint "Opium Wars".
  NPP government is subjugating Ghanaians to continue to drink the dirty water their galamsay party members do by polluting our rivers, destroying our agricultural lands, forest and farms.
