So now where is the money recovered from the people who received those money? The workers may have been ghosts but those who cashed out the money from the accounts of the ghost workers were real people.
Bawumia and co actually think we are all dimwits. You removed over 40,000 ghost names from a payroll ,and not a single fraudster is prosecuted for fraud.
