  I am still battling with what the EC commissioners and their chair person understand by audit/auditing and what the purpose of audit/auditing is. If you have nothing to hide, why should you refuse an audit into your operations? Audit/auditing rather reveals the weaknesses in your system and offers solutions to strengthen the system. Why should any reasonable human being who is entrusted with state resources refuse an audit of his/her operations. It can only be an act of shear stupidity to refuse an audit.

  I was sorely disappointed in Dr. Omane Boamah. Some weeks ago he came out to say that people in the Electoral Commission were leaking information to him. If true, it was better left unsaid. Then yesterday he kept on saying they were far ahead of the Electoral Commission. Again, if true why do you say it. You are alerting your enemy . Your utterances are puerile.
