It will reach a time when if someone trespasses into your land we will apply our constitutional right in the 1992 Article 13 2a to defend our properties instead of going to court to save life.

Why then are you chief justice and being paid all the huge salaries and largess? If you can't do the job, get out of there. You're just confirming the suspicion that you were put there to do the bidding of Akufo Addo and his family and nothing more.

Those are just the tip of the iceberg. Judicial staff are colluding with some defendants to torpedo cases for less financially loaded law abiding citizens.

As a leader it is your responsibility to fix it rather than complain about it. Complaining about a situation that you are in charge is an example of failed leadership!!!

Two families fighting over a property. If as magistrate you determine with proper documents it belongs to one of them, instead of judging for that family, suspiciously determined the other family who are not family members of those rightful owners, should look after the property.
God help Ghana.
After making an appeal, the actual owners won the appeal a process where those made to look after the property never showed up in court.
Now Lawyer Sarfo Gyamfo has lodged an appeal at the supreme Court just to delay and cost the actual owners expend more unbearable money.
How the supreme Court accepts this case leaves seriously much to be desired in justices in Ghana.
I want the Chief Justice to look into this criminality going on in some cases that does not deserve appeal.

You don’t have the moral compass to accuse others of the same things the public is suspecting the judiciary to be doing.

What about the judges who take bribes and tell client to fake sickness?
Your Attorney general is still at post after all the unethical and immoral acts.
