What a balloting, some people got one to break the eight-year electoral cycle to continue while others got back of beyond and are trying to get to the front of the line. However, with God all thing are possible.

In a world that is changing at a breakneck speed, a world of AI, Disruptive Technology, Deep Learning Algorithm, Robotics, and Generative AI, the country will be better off electing a competent leader who can stabilize and expand the economy or get us a seat at the table post-Covid-19, global financial restructuring.

We know who is the past, analog, incompetent, and equipped with only agitation and propaganda skills in psychology to manipulate our highly unemployed youth to aggrandize themselves. Man versus machine, electing a leader who needs more understanding of how the world works will end us up on the menu and not at the table of world economy restructuring, especially here in Ghana.

Constitutional amendments and a shift from political stability to focus on the economy.

Focus on technology and transformation Industries, Bureaucracy, Systems, and Institutions.

Rails & Roads Infrastructure building, especially Boankra Inland Port and North-South Center Spine rail network with Joe Ghartey and Nii Noi Thompson in the absence of Richard Dumbo.

Shift focus onto productivity, wages, and time reverence instead of antiquated daily salaries.

An organization determines everything and a leader with an understanding of agility will make it possible for the organization to upgrade.
