It was taken over by Nana Akufo Addo and his cohorts.Even in the military if a young soldiers wanted to go on short Leaves, the ministers will call the Generals and the Generals will call the commanders and a whole colonel will be running looking for younger ones in order to book the leave for them because of that the ranks are there but doesn’t merit anything so security big men are nobody now. This is not what I know during my father’s time in the military but now monitization and lobbying for appointment has spoil everything they don’t even have the required respect agy
