These are some of the elderly people in our society who are making our growth and development difficult.
Will he,as a former Supreme Court Justice,ust on mere allegation accept that someone is dead?
Proof of that must be provided. Has he seen any such proof from the NDC so far?
They should publish details of all they are alleging for every interested Ghanaian to see. For instance if they say someone is dead, they should publish the region, constituency, polling station,etc. It's only after detailing all that they claim to have found and the EC is unable to explain that you call for a forensic audit.
As s it stands now, my Lord, there's no basis for any forensic audit.
But don't what they are doing look funny to you?
The register is faulty,. you don't trust the EC and yet when they called for balloting for places on the ballot sheet, you were there,and started the usual thing.
Balls are used for a first round of voting, balls which were examined by all the participants,with the NDC represented by no mean a person than their General Secretary and the Director of elections and IT,then they raise issue with one of the balls because the NPP picked number 1.
And even after the process, it's all over that the NPP swapped it's number 5 with Akpaloo's number 1.
Can you imagine?

He it was, who as the Presiding Justice, cast the vote to give "victory" to his fellow northerner John Mahama at the Supreme Court, in 2012, when the Justices were tied 3:3. He has just emerged from under a rock to advance the cause of his party. But really what political clout does a retired Supreme Court Judge have?

I thought that you would be bold enough to advise that matter should go to the Supreme Court where the legiticay of the request for a "forensic" audit will be argued and determined on the basis of evidence and law. Too many elderly and highly experienced retired judges are happy to parrot political agenda's at the cost of their statesmanship.

As a retired supreme Court judge, Justice Atuguba saw nothing wrong with a statement from the Paramount Chief of Dormaa who doubles as a high court judge, speaking against a decision of the supreme Court on the MP for Assin North. Justice Atuguba was against the transfer of Dormaa Paramount Chief from Tema to the Oti Region. Was Justice Atuguba not in Ghana and on the Bench when the NPP made similar request for an audit of the Voter Register but then EC in 2014 refused? So to Justice Atuguba your comments are being partisan instead of being a statement.
