Dr Tony was right.

  The same Ndc rejected this proposal on parliament when over 19M have been issued with National ID.

Elections in Ghana is like Russia and America during the cool war periods, care a caution must be put in place from free and fair ballot. All the embassy should revoke visas of all politicians and they families.
