  Is that amount not enough to build 156 hospitals?
  Assuming each hospital will cost $2m. But we all know that in the various districts, $2m is even too much to put up 1 hospital. Is this Minister serious at all?

  Let Okoe Boye enumerate all the completed agenda 111 and the cost involved for Ghanaians to know the truth. Character is important than position. He should not be used by the NPP .
