When a case comes before Manhyia, if is Kumasi transitional council, all the chiefs are there and if is asanteman counci, all the 66 paramount chief are there and some are lawyers, former judges, mps etc and after the case is adjudicated, Otumfuo will let all the paramour chiefs bring their verdict before he take the final decisions!

OTUMFUO cannot go against what the 66 paramount chiefs have said!

If he says otherwise, the case ll be adjourned until further notices!

If all the 66 chiefs says that, one of the guilty parties should be fined or spare, OTUMFUO cannot say otherwise!!
