Why didn't the matemeho NPP who also claim to have thoroughly gone through the provisional register supplied by their EC notice the same criminal irregularities which the EC itself accepts as its own fault? Imagine two examiners marking a same student's arithmetic paper and the same student states that 1 + 1 =3 and one examiner says the student is wrong whereas the other examiner , in this case NPP, says the student's answer is 100% correct. EC's aim is to rig the upcoming elections but it seems not to know the right method to use in this age of "CCTV" etc. etc!!!
