You need wisdom to understand the legalisation Mahama is talking about. The legalisation is for commercial motor riding called okada. There are private motorbikes like the guy who got killed by his motorbike.

You need wisdom to understand the legalisation Mahama is talking about. The legalisation is for commercial motor riding called okada. There are private motorbikes like the guy who got killed by his motorbike.
Right now because the okada is not legalised the okada riders ride anyhow without being punished by any law. They dress anyhow to ride the motorbikes but if there are strict laws guiding the riding of the okada, there will discipline in the way they ride the motorbikes.
It is better than the current system where okada riders are just doing what they want and we don't have any control.
The okada riders ride carelessly because there are no laws governing their movements. That is the results of lawlessness.
The private motor riders must also be punished for any careless riding.
The okada is helping a lot of people even more than cars do nowadays. It's very swift and stress feel.
