There should be correctional facilities for persons above the age of 21 years who act disgracefully in public.. if you can't control your anger management issues, throw tantrums in public to disgrace yourself extra, you should be immediately remanded there.. courses to be taken, a whole sentencing, irrespective of your age, position or degree. This will solve everything problem. To be signed into law ASAP! How do mentors, the old in society publicly display such ... and it's even ok to publish? How do you want the youth to learn huh? Fast! do this!!!
