What conflict can the dick head Amaliba resolve? There is no need to declare water bodies' security zones, but he should rather tell Kwaku Boahen and Tony Aubynn to stop going round and tell people mining in the water bodies to encourage them to continue with their criminal activities.
He must also tell Mahama not to repeat his promise of granting amnesty to those who have been convicted and imprisoned for indulging in galamsey.
