Please, get your facts right. Lands Commission is not responsible for the digital addressing system. They deal with cadastral plans which gives coordinates to land boundaries. They deal with plot numbers as the layman will say not property or building numbers. The assembly is responsible for those issues. Read thoroughly the response issued by Lands Commission and you will understand the total transaction of the said land from 1920 to date.
