Master, the neutral venue matches are mostly played in empty stadiums. It is not about capacity of stadium but the condition of the pitch and other amenities. Niger vs Ghana at Morocco had hadly any fans.
They should submit kawukudi park and elwak stadium also.. such a disgraceful government
