  Get it right, Mr Speaker. We all want the people to come out in their numbers and cast their votes to elect who they want to govern them. The forces are, therefore, never there to "intimidate" the electorate. The soldiers are are there as another layer of security to ensure that the bad nuts who usually want to disrupt the process are dealt with. The opposition party will always politicised the killing of such miscreants, but the absence of the soldiers would bring utter chaos on the hands of the overwhelmed police. Let me educate you that in some towns/communities in Ghana, the police, by their deeds, have lost respect in the eyes of the people who cannot be controlled by the police. However, the disciplined army always manages to restore sanity.

  This guy is so foolish and so full of himself that he does not appreciate his exalted position in the country.
  
  On occasion, he wants to project himself as the first gentleman of the land (even though, it is never more than the third). But any gentleman of our land must be seen to encourage peaceful existence! But this self-seeking man has never been heard appealing to all citizens to be law abiding.
  
  As leaders of the country, the government will do everything possible to protect the country's existence. If begotten souls decide to take the law in their hands, the government cannot sit aloof and let that happen.
  
  The security forces would definitely be on standby for all emergencies during the elections. If any group of hooligans decide to cause any commotion, surely they would be dealt with without any inhibitions. And if that should result in the deaths of any innocent souls, those deaths would be place squarely at the feet of whoever incited the hooligans to misbehave.
  
  Bagbin must appeal to the conscience of those whose only wish is to cause mayhem come December 7th. He is part of them problem as well as its solution, and cannot stand outside and point fingers at others: "How many will 'they' kill?" If any are killed, he will count his own sons and daughters among the victims!

  All the NDC's methods for bringing in illegal votes to vote for them have been stopped. This is causing a major issue for them, as they are currently expressing their discontent. Using the military to scare voters is not permitted, however, foreigners will not be allowed to participate in voting in Ghana. People from Togo and other locations were brought in for registration in the past. When the EC begins registering new voters, there will be no foreigners coming into Ghana to participate in voting.
