Your team will win when your nucleus is made up of at least four alpha male players, four beta male players with the remaining being tier one players. That's the formula, so until then Ghanaians should prepare themselves for the inconsistent crap that we've been witnessing.

  Ghanaians thought Dede and Baba were the reasons why people were our problem. However, we forget that there are times u just have to accept that you no longer have the capacity to do it. why is it that we cannot even produce better players born and bread in Ghana? we go about scouting for foreign-born players. why is our local league not interesting? we just have to swallow our pride and rebuild.
  Ghana is going down in everything except corruption. when your values turn from honest productivity to dishonest money-making,y ou will soon lose it all. The better we change from cheating and abusing players or we sink further.
