Many people are qualified to be lawyers. It's not rocker science. Admit people who are qualified and stop the whom you know syndrome. I think it's not better with the numbers passing out hope it continues. Same applies to the Doctors. One day those on the interview panel will need a surgery and it will be performed by a an unqualified doctor who was picked through protocol. Then they'll understand and appreciate their actions
