What a stupid statement by an irresponsible Regional Minister. Why do you think the president appointed you as the Regional Minister? In every society, the citizens know that such things could happen, that is why the president appointed you to take care of such deviant behaviours. But you only look on unconcerned and blame the very people who are causing the damage. All our leaders are irresponsible, just like this Regional Minister. No wonder our country is in this precarious situation.
