You sit in Accra and unilaterally price someone’s goods he or she has toiled to produce and you think they will be happy with your policy. The farmers don’t get anything from their hard work. If the farm gate price of cocoa in ghana is equal to that of cote d'vore, should farmers in ghana smuggle it to cote d'vore. They money and logistics you are going to use to deploy ghana army, use the money to tackle the problem enumerated.
Compare the dollar to cedi and how much you give to farmer per 60 kg of cocoa.
