    The same thing was said in 1992, 2002, and 2022. There ought to be a conscious effort to get our children to be in school. It starts with the parents, nothing else. Lets not shift the goal post, respectfully

    I'm really disappointed that children at Cape coast can't make it to any of the top schools in their community. Drastic measures should be put in place to mitigate the problem.
