    We have recorded Trade Surpluses for years, had high Foreign Direct Returns but still complain of foreign exchange to meet our demands and result for both local and foreign loans. Funny system.

    The best explanation to that is those dollars are going to their private bank accounts in tax havens or kept in their poly tanks and under their mattress hence the high Cedi depreciation
