  SNNIT can fall on all Ministries & agents to get a land for buildings or otherwise to be put on for their workers n rent deducted at source, taking the government work force off the rental market, strict compliance should be adhere to.
  
  SSNIT shouldn't purchase plot of lands & leave it for years without developing it, immediately the transaction on the lands are done, development starts.
  
  Vacate the room immediately after age sixty (60) to make way for others in the queue which I think will go a very long way to help SSNIT workers & the Trust as a whole
