Someone on the technical team should explain to Otto Addo that his mistake today is that he made changes to his players too late with only 10 minutes to play. Whenever your team is playing at least 30 minutes with an upper hand or dominance and there is NO resulting goal, that is a problem and you need to consider what is the problem quickly and Act by changes or etc. But I think he did not see it as that and wasn’t confident to make changes because he thought his team was appearing on top so there is no need. Which is wrong thinking. Advise to all coaches is not to be comfortable in a game with DOMINANCE WITHOUT GOAL for such a long time! Go to the drawing board and make quick adjustments within 30 minutes of BARREN DOMINANCE!
