  Our courts are part of the instant lynching going on in Ghana. When a case come before the court, the judges seem afraid to render justice without being bias. Now, does the suspect has Ghana card, if yes, what are the reasons of his age being disputed?
  
  With all the new systems being implemented, why is a student age being contested at this time? Folks, nation building requires some mean measures and those who are trying to subvert it should be cleaned out.

  All these have legal ramifications if not properly investigated . Real age can determine if suspect is to be tried as an adult ,and number of stabs help with intent . Ghana Police paaa

  I qent to boarding school when i was 7 uts old right until I was 16. All those years I was in boarding school in my primary years I got involved in lots of fights.. I won some! nd lost some and have the scars till this day. When i went to high school in cape coast my first 2years were wild. I had to fight my bullies blow for blow. If I couldn't fight you I reported your ass to the deputy principal and he will sen# for you. You were ;eaten mercilessly by him. At some point I realized, I can't always be fighting or reporting people to be whipped. And if I don't find a solution then Maame will soon have to come here and I dreaded it so much. The last straw was when this guy my classmate who was bigger and okder tried to bully me. iwas minding my own business reading my book. This negga came and took my book ripped it up and threw it away and @aid Obeng you like reading to much. Oh...I got up and slapped him so hard my hand prints were all over his face! I couldn't believe I had slapped him that hard. Then we started fighting chairs and tables were broken in the class. An upper 6 studen/ who was "tapping" heard us fighting and came over. He saw the slap inprinted on this fools face and automatically said I was at fault so I shoukd kneel down oh. After 1hr o$ kneeling he said i coukd leave. only to find this fool i had slapped with 4 of his boys waiting for me lol. They said they will kill me chale...so I ran to the assistant principal house and when they saw me go there they backed off$. But it didn't end, th÷y told everyone I my dorm that I was a snitch.sometimes I return to my dorm and find my box and trunk broken into,, someone peed on my mattress etc..things were getting worse for me chale. I remeber going to assembly, laugjing and getting whipped infront of the entire school just because i was seen laughing at unruly students who were themselves getting lashed because they went clubbing in c!pe coast without exeat lol. sTHATS WHEN I REALISED NAH, I HAD TO JOIN THE SCRIPTURE UNION OR ELSE THIs wahala WILL GET WORSE. SO FROM FORM 3 TO 5 I WAS A HARDEND SU MEMBER yes I more or less became a bitch and refused to hangout with certain ]eople and engage in certain activities because I knew where that would end up. This instilled discipline and arguably contributed o my studies

  Madam begging won’t change anything. Parenting is declining and this should be an indicator for all parents. I was in Senior high for 3 good years from 2003 to 2006 and I never fought with anyone. Why ? It’s because I know that whether win or lose I am dead. The punishment I will endure will outweigh the win, hence there is no need. Kids of today has no respect for the elderly and people in authority.

  The prosecutor is trying to massage what actually happened in order for the boy to get minimum sentence, if he stabbed him three times the intent is clear he meant to kill him.
