Vaccines are weaker version of the real disease. Now you introduce a weaker version of a disease to a healthy body with the premise that the immune system will be booted. Does this make sense to anyone reasonable?

Not all vaccines are weaker version of a disease. Also, there is evidence that vaccines work. Polio disease has reduced drastically thanks to vaccines. Small pox was eradicated thanks to vaccines.
