NDC came out AFRC & PNDC what lessons did they learn from the killing of so called Corrupt Heads of States and Kalabule business women/men?Didn't we get ppl who were more corrupt in NDC regimes than those they killed?

I once met a Ghanaian female student in Moscow in the 90s studying Catering and Hotel Management. The parents were members of NDC.Russia is noted for science so why would a country send its students there to study Catering?
During the PNDC era, scholarships to Cuba and eastern Europe were solely for PNDC operatives and children of PNDC activists. Hannah Bissiw is an example. Does Clement Apaak think we are fools?

John Mahama himself got scholarship to study in Russia because he was a PNDC activist. Hannah Bissiw went to Cuba because of connections with PNDC.
