There's military police in army the will handle this case internally and later hand him over to civil police to face prosecution.

know the difference between a commisioned officer and a soldier, a non commissioned officer (NCO). Your headlines give the wrong impression.
Some education for you; Commissioned officers and a non commissioned officers are all members of the military. So there is nothing wrong with summarizing either of them as military officer.
