    Irresponsible, the process must not allow the dead to vote. It doesn't matter who benefitted from it; the process is annulled. Thank you, my Lord.

    The reason is simple, if they system is so porous to allow for others to vote multiple times and even vote for dead people, then the resellers can not , under any circumstances, be relied upon and same is is annulled. Period ...
