  A welcome development, i think it's time Govt. start considering charging Financial Institution a form of depositors insurance, dedicated to times such as these, it will go a long way to provide cushion to consumers of financial products at the same time spare tax payers the burden of holding brief for these Financial Institution when they fall on hard times
