  So how come this chemical is made easily accessible to every Tom Dick and Harry? Can't the FDA control its sales so that it only get into the hands of the requisite industries that need them rather than the market women?

  The FDA should be conducting continuous checks all over the country and confiscate all contaminated palm oils. The sources of where they are produced should be traced to acertain who adds these dangerous chemicals, whether the original manufacturers of the palm oil or the middlemen or the market women. It should be a matter of national urgency.
