All the roads within Accra and the country as a whole are partially constructed and cannot be classified as achievements. I thought the bad roads were only in Accra until I traveled to Wa through Kumasi, Kimtampo, Techiman, Damongo, Sawla and realized that they are scammers when they talk about roads construction.
