Government uses our tax payers money to build a housing unit called affordable housing, after completion, they won't allow Ghanaians to rent it to stay in as a government housing unit but sell it after completion of what they call affordable housing.
Look at how people and private individuals charge for renting just a single room in Ghana.
God will punish all those who build affordable houses with our tax payers money and sell them out to private persons rather than announcing the renting prices for Ghanaians to rent them.
