“The former president now lives at the plush Chain Homes – a gated property next to Burma Camp. It’s believed that he has interest in it, hence constructing a first-class road to the property in order to give it high value. A four-bedroom apartment at Chain Homes goes for over $1 million.  Mr. Nitiwul said, “The way Armed Forces lands were handled I’m not happy about it. Mahama decided to sell some lands to some top politicians.

And it’s a shame. It’s not good. Within two years they sold every piece of land – over 300 acres of land to individuals in the top political hierarchy of the NDC party.

Afrifa and his akan crooks clandestinely stole many good lands for his children and looted the state. Today his children have vast state lands in Takoradi. Even. JJR took some of the lands and perhaps gave. it back to them.

We saw Busia era where they created an aliens compliance act to steal properties of aliens and Ghanaians related to aliens, and steal what osagefu DR K Nkrumah built.

Kuffuor era saw the same looting from ghana airways assets to many state assets. Kuffuor. stole lands in cantoments to develop private houses for his crooks. He termed that looting property owning democracy. so its something they believe iin. They think serving the state means owning properties of. the state.

Now Nana Addo and his people are also looting their share. These evil eye thieves and nation wreckers will never stop these behavior because its. deep in their psyche.

The way forward is to form a national based party that all tribes are part of not only certain tribes such as akyem/asante dominated looting. brigades calling. themselves a political party. Form a one party system that has all people involved and decentralize the. system so each region keeps some of her revenues to develop the. region
