  Why set up a theater in ab10 storey building? Theater should be down floor not upstairs. When I read the news I was shocked. You have professors but they think the same way all the time. So if you are operating a patient and fire breaks out what will you do? If it's down floor it's easy to evacuate but upstairs you end up losing the patient and even the doctors doing the operation. Sometimes we need to think outside the box
